As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and fostering client relationships. Additionally, you play a crucial role in representing the company at events, showcasing products or services, and establishing a strong presence to attract potential clients and partners.

In this role, you will:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the real estate market

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients

Understanding client requirements and accordingly briefing potential investors about the significance of the property

Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team

Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities

Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences

Utilize market research to develop effective sales strategies and stay competitive in the real estate industry

Personally, handle key client accounts and complex negotiations

Assist the team in negotiating and closing high-value real estate transactions

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

3 - 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales

Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry

Capability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making

Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools

Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives

Thrives in a dynamic and competitive real estate environment

Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships

Fluency in English
