The Client

Our client is a well-established, diversified infrastructure and services group operating in a highly consumer-centric sector with multiple retail outlets and logistics operations. The company is now looking for a dynamic CEO to lead the next chapter of growth and innovation.

The Role

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for driving strategy, optimizing operations, and delivering sustainable business growth. The role will demand strong commercial acumen, leadership in transformation, and a deep understanding of network-based retail, service excellence, and digital disruption.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the overall strategic direction and execution across the company’s network of retail service locations and operational hubs.

Drive modernization and transformation programs, including digitization, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Own and deliver P&L results while ensuring cost control, margin improvement, and market share expansion.

Develop and nurture strong partnerships with stakeholders, regulators, suppliers, and internal teams.

Build a high-performing executive team and instill a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Oversee risk management, ESG compliance, and long-term sustainability initiatives.

Identify and unlock new revenue streams including non-core retail, mobility services, and adjacent commercial opportunities.

Champion innovation and digital enablement across touchpoints, systems, and processes.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned CEO or General Manager with a track record of leading large-scale retail operations, preferably with exposure to multi-site networks (e.g., logistics, retail chains, infrastructure services, mobility, or automotive).

Key requirements include:

18+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior P&L role.

Deep understanding of operational excellence, transformation, and customer-centric service delivery.

Proven track record in leading digitization and commercial turnarounds.

Strong stakeholder management and board reporting capability.

Experience in managing large field teams, front-end customer service operations, and backend supply/logistics networks.

Exposure to the Saudi market is preferred; Arabic language speaker is a must.

MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
