Senior Product Manager

We're seeking an experienced product manager to lead the charge from concept to market. You'll own the entire product journey, from brainstorming innovative ideas and crafting the product strategy to overseeing execution and launch. Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring consistent alignment and effective communication between engineering, design, data, and business teams. Champion a strategic vision and continuously scan the market for new business opportunities, trends, or disruptive threats.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of Products to develop and implement product strategies for assigned products.
Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and inform product roadmaps.
Develop detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) that clearly define product functionality.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market on time.
Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features based on data and user feedback.
Exploring and establishing strategic partnerships that expand market reach.
Manage product backlogs and roadmaps, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define and track clear KPIs for each product initiative, regularly report on progress to stakeholders, and pivot strategies based on quantitative results.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through sunset, including post-launch analysis and iteration.
Establish a culture of experimentation—lead A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and pilot launches for new ideas.
Facilitate regular stakeholder syncs, ensuring all departments are informed, invested, and empowered to contribute to feature success.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3-5 years of experience in product management with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
Proven experience in conducting user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans.
Demonstrated ability to advocate for customer needs, using direct user feedback and NPS data to inform roadmap decisions.
