Prepares critical line list and mark up P&ID.

Performs pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II thru PCF.

Ensures nozzle loads of equipment’s such as drum, column, pump,

compressor, tank and heat exchangers within allowable.

Performs dynamic analysis on lines with two phase flow, slug flow, surge,

AIV and FIV lines.

Performs flange leakage check.

Checks and validates Piping information to Civil and Equipment Group.

Prepares Procedures, Specifications and Requisitions for mechanical items.

Coordinates and consults Lead Mechanical Stress Engineer for any

mechanical stress related issues.

Coordinates with Design Area Lead Engineer for any piping design related

issues.
