React Native Developer (Expo)

Summary

Suppli B is seeking a skilled and passionate React Native Developer with strong experience in Expo Go to help us build the next generation of tools that connect restaurants and suppliers across the Middle East.

You’ll play a key role in developing cross-platform mobile applications, collaborating closely with backend engineers, designers, and product leads to deliver fast, user-friendly solutions that are reshaping procurement for the F&B industry.

Success in this role means building performant, scalable apps with clean architecture, delivering high usability, and actively contributing to product and technical decisions in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo

Integrate APIs (REST/JSON) and manage real-time data flows

Optimize performance across devices and screen sizes

Implement responsive UI/UX with reusable and scalable components

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and PMs in Agile sprints

Conduct debugging, testing, and deployment across iOS and Android using Expo tools

Use Git for version control and team collaboration

Qualifications

Required:

1+ years of hands-on experience in React Native with Expo Go

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end practices

Strong experience in API integration (Axios, REST)

Familiar with React Navigation, Context API, or Redux

Good understanding of mobile UI/UX and responsive design

Experience using Git for version control

Nice to Have:

Experience with Firebase, push notifications, OTA updates via Expo

Understanding of authentication flows (OTP, OAuth, etc.)

Published apps on the App Store or Google Play

Familiarity with agile development environments
