Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with deep expertise in developing intelligent AI agents and a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and open to relocating to Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents tailored to BFSI use cases

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture

Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems

Ensure robustness, scalability, and ethical AI practices in deployments

Continuously monitor and improve AI performance using real-world data

Contribute to knowledge transfer and internal capability building

Key Requirements

15+ years of professional experience in the BFSI sector

Proven hands-on experience in building and deploying AI agents

Proficient in modern AI/ML frameworks and technologies

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects in BFSI

Arabic-speaking and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
