Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues.
Log and track tickets in the ITSM system.
Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.
Assist in IT onboarding/offboarding procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or help desk.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
