We’re looking for an experienced Observability Architect to support one of our key clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement observability architecture covering logs, metrics, traces, events, synthetic and RUM

Architect telemetry pipelines integrating Dynatrace, Splunk, BMC TSOM/MainView, and SolarWinds

Enable event correlation, noise reduction, and automated incident triage through ServiceNow

Support AIOps features such as root cause analysis and predictive alerting

Define KPIs, dashboards, and service reliability metrics (SLOs/SLIs)

Ensure telemetry aligns with CMDB and supports service modeling

Apply data enrichment strategies for business-impact-driven observability

Key Requirements:

8–12 years in observability, enterprise monitoring, or AIOps architecture

Proven experience delivering AIOps solutions in large, hybrid environments

Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, BMC (TSOM/MainView), SolarWinds, and Grafana

Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry and AI/ML-based observability patterns

Familiarity with ITSM/ITOM integration (especially ServiceNow)

Certifications in Dynatrace, Splunk, BMC, or ITIL are a strong plus
