Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist with experience in the financial services sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a range of financial roles, including banking, investment, compliance, risk, and back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs.

Source candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.).

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and policies.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in the financial sector.

Stay updated on financial industry trends and competitor hiring activities.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., data privacy, EEOC).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of financial sector roles (e.g., risk, compliance, investment banking, accounting).

Experience using ATS and recruitment software.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with financial regulatory hiring (e.g., MAS, FINRA, FCA).

Familiarity with competency-based interviewing.

Knowledge of market compensation trends in finance.
