We’re looking for a Test Automation Lead to head our automation and performance testing functions. This role will define and drive testing strategies, lead technical teams, and ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead both test automation and performance testing teams

Define and implement test strategies across multiple platforms

Develop robust frameworks for automation and load testing

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, BRM, and operations teams

Promote best practices in testing, CI/CD, and quality governance

Drive performance testing to identify and resolve system bottlenecks

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in QA, focused on automation and performance testing

Proven experience leading technical QA teams

Strong background in test strategy, execution, and lab setup

Expertise in QA standards and testing principles

Hands-on with tools like Selenium, Appium, TOSCA, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.

Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
