About the Role

At Satel, we are expanding aggressively across Riyadh’s real estate landscape and we’re looking for a Senior Business Developer who can lead that charge. This role is for a hands on professional who thrives on fieldwork, knows how to open doors with property owners, and can turn high-potential properties into fully leased or managed assets under Satel’s portfolio.

You will be at the front lines of deal-making, strategy execution, and relationship building.

What You'll Do

Identify and pursue leasing and property management opportunities across key areas in Riyadh.

Lead negotiations with property owners and real estate developers, closing full-building and compound-level deals.

Create and present tailored commercial proposals that cover operational, marketing, and financial frameworks.

Own the full business development cycle from market scouting and initial contact to contract execution.

Build long-term partnerships that generate recurring opportunities and expand Satel’s market influence.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding of new projects.

Deliver performance reports, feasibility assessments, and market intelligence directly to senior management.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of direct experience in real estate business development or property leasing.

Deep understanding of Riyadh’s neighborhoods, market dynamics, and property value trends.

Proven ability to influence and close high-value deals with property owners.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Ability to create executable go-to-market strategies, financial breakdowns, and operational plans.

Self driven, field oriented, and highly responsive under pressure.
