We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to play a key role in supporting our sales teams across Saudi Arabia market and optimizing our services sales processes. Candidates will be responsible for creating contracts, special offers, contract reports, proposals, and contract packages.
As Inside Sales Account Representative You will work with clients across Saudi Arabia market.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Winback Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities for machines with expired warranties or part numbers using Power Quester, in collaboration with F2F sellers.
Lead Generation Development: Provide qualified leads to the Lead Generation team, follow up on progress, and support conversion to closed deals.
Pipeline Forecast Management: Maintain high data quality in pipeline tracking, ensure accurate forecasting, and meet financial targets and KPIs.
Client Partner Engagement: Advise clients and channel partners, lead negotiations, and build strong relationships with Business Partners (BPs).
Sales Team Support: Step in for field and inside sales colleagues as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and close service opportunities via phone and email, using Lenovo tools and responding to incoming leads.
Governance Continuous Learning: Adhere to Lenovos business standards, stay updated on IT industry trends, and demonstrate proficiency with tools like MS Office.
Position Requirements
Equivalent professional work experience in inside sales/telesales (Inside Sales background welcome)
Able to negotiate with clients and drive services sales (experience with data center services is a huge advantage).
Understanding of services business
Motivated attitude and comfort with cold-calling, and articulate and possess sound phone and email skills.
Strong oral/written communication skills in German English
Strong organizational skills
