Responsibilities

Oversee full galvanizing plant operations including production, packing, and shipping.

Coordinate with PPC to execute monthly production schedules aligned with shipment plans.

Supervise and guide production staff: line leads, coordinators, operators, and checkers.

Monitor key process parameters: surface preparation, zinc bath control, and finishing operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).

Drive continuous improvement through 5S, lean practices, and productivity initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, Maintenance, HR, and Safety departments to resolve issues and eliminate bottlenecks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Certification from the American Galvanizing Association (Hot Dip Galvanizing course)

Minimum of 7 years experience in Industrial Engineering area

Proficiency in MS-Office is essential.

Excellent Communication Skills in English
