AlJammaz Technologies is looking for a Product Sales Manager to join and handle the Sales operations of important international vendor based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible to manage a team of Sales and Pre Sales team, manage the relationship with the vendor and the reseller channel partners to promote and sell IT Solutions as: Datacenters, hybrid computing, collaboration, cybersecurity, networking and cloud to different customers as government, enterprises, SME’s, commercial and SMB’s through channel reseller partners.

As a Product Sales Manager, you will establish and manage relationship reseller channel Partners as: System integrators and Value add resellers to drive vendor sales and services from wide range of solutions as Networks/ Datacenter/ Cloud/ Cybersecurity…

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruit, develop and manage channel partner for the vendor solutions from networks, hybrid computing, cybersecurity … achieve GP/ Revenue targets for monthly/ Quarterly sales quotas assigned to you on MRR, Subscriptions and Sales basis.

Manage, report and establish sales pipeline for the company and keep sure that Sales Account managers are logging inquiries, sales leads and opportunities into the sales CRM on daily basis.

Engage on opportunities shared by vendors and partners by responding to partner / customer RFQ´s / RFP´s and technical sales proposals driving closure towards sale.

Work closely with channel resellers partners and assigned vendor teams to build account strategies and drive the overall vendors strategy within a defined set of strategic accounts

Play a lead role in executing demand generation activities, developing interest, and building sales pipeline with key channel reseller partners and accounts.

Enable channel partners at adopting and positioning new vendor solutions specially in hybrid IT and cybersecurity.

Build strategic relationships with Partners C-level executives and key business leaders to promote the vendor solutions through proofs of concepts, demos, trial subscriptions and pilots

Become a trusted adviser to senior IT and business executives within key accounts to create a long-term partnership with customers and ensure these strategic relationships result in leads becoming a customer

Manage and lead the Sales Account managers to achieve their target.

Developing the vendor Go-To-Market strategy and managing the general vendor relationship

Training and educating channel partners and sales account managers.

Required Skills:

Background of selling complex Datacenter and hybrid cloud solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain

6+ years of Networks and Datacenter solutions sales experience, with 2+ of those years specifically focused on hybrid IT based solutions.

Experience in channel sales across major enterprise channel accounts in Saudi Arabia.

3+ years of experience in managing and coaching account managers

Record of working closely with channel reseller partners and customers to deliver solutions that exceed their technical and business expectations.

A good technical background with network and Datacenter solutions.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills, including extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms

Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and services

Enjoying sales and building long term relationships with customers and people

Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of partners and customers

Excellent business planning, account mapping, sales planning management and reporting skills

Different IT certifications in networking and Datacenter products

Must have experience for 6 years at least working in at least two of the following products: Aruba, HPE, Dell EMC, F5, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Huawei

Good Arabic and English communication skills
