We are seeking Technical Support Specialist to assist in maintaining and troubleshooting software applications and systems, ensuring smooth operation across departments.

What You’ll Do:

Resolve technical issues related to software applications

Monitor application performance and address system errors

Train users on systems and software usage

Provide technical support across various departments

What You’ll Need:

Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT

Experience working with Microsoft Web Applications

At least 1 year of experience in the IT support field
