SWATX is looking for a skilled Software Quality Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Software Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, develop automated tests, and analyze system performance to identify improvements.

In this role, you will engage with developers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into robust testing processes that align with our goals for high-quality software delivery. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the quality standards and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience: Proven experience as a Software Quality Engineer or similar role in software development

Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing test strategies and writing automated tests using testing frameworks

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams

Tools Proficiency: Experience with test management and bug tracking tools

Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
