The Role: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead business development initiatives across our three core verticals: construction, furniture solutions, and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets across multiple business lines

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and client relationships

Lead the sales team to meet or exceed KPIs, providing coaching and performance feedback

Collaborate with internal teams (project management, design, marketing) to tailor proposals to client needs

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Represent ACM at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience (7+ years) in sales management, preferably in construction, furniture, or marketing industries

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Fluency in English and Arabic preferred

Saudi Arabia-based or willing to relocate
