Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain data center precision cooling systems, including downflow units (e.g. Airedale, Liebert, Vertiv, etc.).

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all HVAC systems within data center environments.

Troubleshoot cooling issues to ensure continuous uptime and optimal performance.

Manage and lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality work execution.

Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation of interventions and asset status.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and specialized support.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data center cooling systems

Strong knowledge of downflow AC units such as Airedale, Liebert, or similar brands

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance practices

Leadership skills to manage and guide technical teams
