Purpose
Conduct training needs assessments and provide training solutions, including the implementation, administration, design, and delivery of high-quality programs that engage, align, inform, and inspire employees in support of business strategy, goals, and initiatives. Monitor employee progress through observation and work performance records, providing motivation and encouragement when necessary.
Key Accountability Areas and Activities
Training Material
Develop assessments, tests, workplace aids, and e-learning programs.
Stakeholder Management
Cultivate positive relationships with all employees.
Promote direct communication and positive rapport among employees and managers.
Training Plan
Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
Regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement.
Design, develop, update, and deliver professional-quality presentations and training materials, including classroom training, workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, webinars, videos, and e-learning.
Stay updated on training and development research, including new materials, methods, and techniques.
Training Execution
Monitor and evaluate trainees' progress and development through assessments.
Act as both a liaison and advisor, providing technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management.
Coach and train operational departments on various aspects of the business from a Human Resource perspective.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of all talent development activities.
Generate reports and metrics for our users and stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience
1-3 Years of Experience
Previous experience in reporting, analytics, and management information is preferred.
Proven work experience as a Talent Development Specialist or a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field
