Brief Description:

The role supports the accounts receivable function by assisting with invoice processing, payment tracking, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

It plays a key role in ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding receivables while supporting client and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in tracking and monitoring outstanding invoices.

Follow up on pending payments in coordination with the supervisor.

Help reconcile customer accounts and resolve basic payment discrepancies.

Maintain organized and accurate records of receivables and collections.

Support the preparation and distribution of customer invoices.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance) to gather required documentation.

Provide support in generating routine reports related to accounts receivable.

Assist with data entry and documentation required for tax compliance (e.g., VAT, E-Invoicing).

Maintain professional and clear communication with clients for payment-related inquiries.

Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives as guided.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and eagerness to learn.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
