Responsibilities

Review and analyze effort estimates submitted by Oracle for Siebel CRM a

Validate sizing and complexity assumptions against industry standards and past project experience.

Participate in requirement and solution walkthroughs to assess the feasibility and completeness of planned delivery.

Identify overestimations, gaps, or under-scoped areas in the effort breakdown.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the vendor to reach alignment on effort sizing and delivery timelines.

Provide recommendations on optimizing development approaches and resource allocation where applicable.

Experience in effort estimation or project planning/review roles.

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to challenge and justify technical decisions constructively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

4+ years of relevant work experience

Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
