About the Role

Atom is hiring a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of web-based applications. The role involves working with modern frontend frameworks and backend services, with an emphasis on clean code, efficient deployment practices, and the use of AI-powered coding assistants to optimize productivity.

Responsibilities

Develop micro to medium-sized web applications with clean, maintainable code.

Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, or Nuxt.

Manage and deploy applications using services such as DigitalOcean or AWS.

Use AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or similar to enhance development speed and accuracy.

Collaborate with internal team members on design handoffs, backend integration, and iterations.

Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and production-ready.

Requirements

Proven experience as a full stack developer (frontend + backend).

Solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or Nuxt).

Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and cloud deployment (DigitalOcean or AWS).

Comfortable using AI tools to support development and improve efficiency.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Experience with Supabase, TailwindCSS, or FastAPI.

Knowledge of basic DevOps or database setup.

Working Conditions

Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Part-Time: 4 hours per day

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Monthly Salary: $400 USD

Trial Period: 1 month
