Job Overview: We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to support daily hardware and Windows issues, manage basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP), and provide support for Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook and Teams. The role involves Active Directory tasks, printer/network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve daily hardware and Windows issues for end-users.

Manage basic network configurations and resolve connectivity issues (IP, DNS, DHCP).

Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook and Teams.

Perform Active Directory tasks such as adding users and resetting passwords.

Set up and maintain printers and troubleshoot related network issues.

Use remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer) to assist users.

Communicate effectively with employees and explain technical solutions in a simple, clear manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.Solid understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook and Teams.

Familiarity with Active Directory management.

Experience in handling printer setup and network printing issues.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
