About the role:

As Staffing Operations Manager / Supply Manager at Noon Academy, you’ll lead the full strategy for recruiting, deploying, and developing top teaching talent across KSA. This role goes beyond staffing—you’ll build systems that not only place the right educators in the right schools at the right time, but also grow their capabilities over time. From pipeline design to post-hire development, you’ll be central to scaling Noon’s educator workforce and driving our mission to transform classrooms through world-class, socially-driven learning. A high-impact, Riyadh-based role at the intersection of operations, talent, and educational innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development

Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline

Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress

Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches

Surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processes

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in HR, staffing, or operations, with exposure to both hiring and L&D

Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills

Data-driven, organised, and execution-focused

Arabic fluency preferred; strong English required

Background in education or service delivery in KSA is a plus
