About the Role
Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives involving ERP systems (Dynamics 365), restaurant technologies, and process automation; the ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with departments like Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather business requirements, convert them into technical plans, and manage full project lifecycles—including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, integrations, migrations, and change management—using Agile or hybrid methodologies to drive operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT projects focused on ERP (Dynamics 365), restaurant technologies, and business process automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and define project scope
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and actionable plans
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and service providers during implementation and support phases
Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and change management activities
Apply Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies to suit project needs
Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with overall business goals and user experience improvements
Report regularly on project status, KPIs, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the project team
Skills
Strong business process understanding and ability to map IT solutions to real-world use cases Proficiency in project management tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Risk and issue management, budget control, and vendor coordination
Change management and user adoption strategies
Agile and DevOps delivery practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience
10+ years of project management experience
Proven experience in delivering business applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc) and digital transformation projects
Familiarity with DevOps practices and enterprise integration
Understanding of Restaurant Operations or Retail Operations
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred.
