Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be a Saudi national with a strong background in sales and proven experience in managing a sales team.

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

Saudi national with a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
