Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in IT operations, NOC/SOC, or site reliability roles.

Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems, networking, and application layers.

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, SolarWinds, or Prometheus).

Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and ticketing systems.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Experience in shift-based operations or command center environments is preferred.

Certifications in ITIL, Linux, or cloud operations are a plus.
