Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the firefighting maintenance team (technicians, supervisors, etc.)
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for fire protection systems (fire pumps, sprinklers, extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, etc.)
Ensure all systems comply with local civil defense and NFPA standards.
Respond to system failures, emergencies, and customer service issues.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments regularly.
Review and maintain service records, reports, and compliance documents.
Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and consumables.
Train staff on safety procedures and technical practices.
Support project handovers and testing & commissioning activities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fire protection system maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of NFPA standards and firefighting equipment.
Experience in troubleshooting fire pumps, sprinkler systems, and suppression systems.
Familiarity with maintenance software and reporting tools.
Valid Civil Defense license/certification (if required by local authority).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
➕ Preferred:
Certification in Fire Protection Systems (e.g., NFPA, CFPS, etc.)
Experience working with building management systems (BMS)
Background in facility management or MEP contracting companies.
