Job Purpose:

Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions in alignment with company goals.

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain a bid content library (templates, case studies, CVs).

Manage deadlines, coordinate internal reviews, and obtain approvals.

Lead the bid preparation process and liaise with sales and technical teams.

Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs for customer requirements and key themes.

Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and negotiations.

Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with bid requirements.

Leading the end-to-end bid process

Ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.

Coordinating with various teams, including sales & technical Teams

Maintain and update a bid content library (case studies, CVs, templates, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

5+ years professional experience.

Job-Specific Skills:

Understanding of IT services, technologies, and industry standards.

Hand on Experience in managing bids.

Ability to create visually appealing and engaging bid presentations.

Project management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and develop winning strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
