We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to maintain and support our IT infrastructure and hardware. The ideal candidate will provide first- and second-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT devices including PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, Cisco IP phones, routers, switches, and peripherals.
Support network cabling (UTP, Fiber Optic) and infrastructure components.
Monitor network performance and perform routine maintenance.
Assist with video wall setup and other specialized hardware.
Manage IT equipment inventory and participate in system upgrades.
Document support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.
Collaborate with vendors and provide on-site support when needed.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Hands-on experience with network devices, office hardware, and structured cabling.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and IP configuration.
Ability to troubleshoot independently.
