We are seeking a highly skilled and technically driven Sales and Service Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

As a Sales and Service Engineer based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a key role in promoting and supporting a portfolio of advanced laboratory instruments, including Flour & Dough Analyzers, NIR, discrete analyzers, and other analytical technologies. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert product knowledge, technical support, and hands-on assistance during installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen, while contributing to the success of a leading provider of scientific solutions in the region.

Responsibilities

Drive sales for Flour & Dough Analyzers, NIR, discrete analyzers, and general analytical laboratory products and equipment.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and training.

Manage the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemistry, or a related field.

3-4 years of proven experience in the sales and servicing of analytical instruments, with a focus on Flour & Dough Analyzers, NIR instruments, and discrete analyzers.

Strong technical background in chemistry-related instrumentation and their applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
