Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor preventive maintenance plans for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other building systems.

Supervise daily maintenance activities and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests from tenants or management.

Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements.

Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality and timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Provide technical recommendations to improve system performance and reduce recurring issues.

Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets and monitoring actual expenses.

Support and guide the technical team and provide on-the-job training when needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance or facility management.
