Job description
1. Workforce Planning & Organizational Design:
Develop and manage workforce planning strategies to optimize headcount, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Conduct manpower forecasting, scenario planning, and labor cost analysis to support strategic workforce decisions.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure organizational structures and reporting lines support efficiency and growth.
Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce trends, turnover rates, and talent gaps.
2. Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits):
Design, review, and enhance compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure Golf Saudi’s compensation remains competitive.
Oversee the development of employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance with local regulations.
Manage job grading, pay equity analysis, and performance-based reward models.
3. HC Strategy & Policy Development:
Develop and implement human capital strategies that align with Golf Saudi’s business vision and workforce goals.
Draft, update, and enforce HC policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Provide guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and policy interpretation.
4. Job Evaluation & Role Design:
Manage job evaluation frameworks, ensuring positions are accurately graded and classified.
Conduct job analysis and role design exercises to support restructuring, workforce efficiency, and career progression.
Partner with department leaders to ensure job descriptions reflect actual responsibilities and business needs.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making & People Analytics:
Develop HR dashboards and reports, providing insights into workforce trends, turnover, and productivity metrics.
Use people analytics to support decision-making in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
Collaborate with finance and operations to link workforce planning with budgeting and business forecasts.
6. Change Management & OD Initiatives:
Lead organizational change projects, supporting business transformation and restructuring efforts.
Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and workforce strategy.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Capital Strategy, or Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
Strong expertise in Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, HC Policies, and Job Evaluation frameworks (e.g., Mercer, Hay Group, or similar methodologies).
Experience with HR analytics tools, compensation benchmarking platforms, and workforce planning models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Deep understanding of Saudi labor laws, HR best practices, and compensation structures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership teams.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, job evaluation tools, and workforce analytics platforms.
Strong project management capabilities with experience leading OD and change management initiatives.
