Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our growing Riyadh team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering experiences that leave a lasting impression. You will be the bridge between creative vision and flawless execution.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning and execution of exhibition stands, events, and brand activations

Collaborate with creative and production teams to turn ideas into action

Manage suppliers, timelines, budgets, and client expectations

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard

Handle logistics, permits, procurement, and on-ground coordination

Monitor and report on project progress and resolve any roadblocks in real-time

What We’re Looking For

Based in Riyadh

3–6 years of project management experience in events, exhibitions, or brand activations

Fluent in Arabic and English

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable managing timelines, suppliers, and production teams

A self-starter who can work independently while aligning with company's strategic direction and standards
