Overview:

The Technical Ecosystem Principal Engineer is responsible for handling ADC’s relationships with technology partners, vendors, and the broader ecosystem. This includes scouting innovation, overseeing technical partnerships, and enabling integration between internal systems and external technologies. The role ensures ADC remains connected to global innovation trends and leverages partnerships for strategic advantage.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners, startups, and research institutions to support ADC’s innovation agenda.

Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to ADC’s network, platform, and product domains.

Manage technical due diligence and integration of third-party technologies into ADC’s ecosystem.

Act as a liaison between ADC’s internal teams and external partners to align roadmaps, APIs, and support requirements.

Lead ecosystem mapping initiatives to track technology clusters, open-source initiatives, and standardization bodies.

Coordinate joint innovation initiatives, PoCs, and co-development efforts with partners.

Ensure contractual and technical compliance in all ecosystem engagements.

Represent ADC at industry events, forums, and technical consortia related to emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Technology Management (master’s preferred).

Experience:

+ 4 years in partner management, technical alliances, or ecosystem strategy.

Skills:

Strong technical acumen and relationship management.

Familiarity with telecom and digital innovation ecosystems.

Ability to bridge technical and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders.
