A leading Saudi construction firm with over 12,000 employees and a strong track record in large-scale infrastructure is seeking a skilled and experienced Methods Engineer to join a dynamic Technical team and support the planning and execution of innovative, efficient, and safe construction methodologies.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed construction methodologies for high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, and infrastructure works.

Design temporary structures, logistics plans, and construction sequences for complex projects.

Liaise with planning teams on cycle time and productivity analysis.

Support tendering teams with method design, logistics, and quantity estimation.

Ensure compliance with EHS standards, codes, and regulations.

Prepare detailed formwork and shoring system designs.

Collaborate with the BIM team for 3D construction sequencing.

Identify and implement new technologies to enhance construction execution.

🛠 Requirements

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's in Construction Management preferred).

10–15 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in infrastructure and vertical construction.

Proven expertise with tools like STAAD-Pro, AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks).

Deep knowledge of Saudi and international standards (ASTM, AASHTO, AISC).

Strong team collaboration and ability to work independently.
