Job Title: Culture Senior Manager
Division: Human Resources
Location: Riyadh
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
Job Purpose:
The Culture Strategy Project Manager is responsible for leading initiatives that define, embed, and enhance the organizational culture. This role ensures that cultural transformation projects are strategically aligned with corporate values, business goals, and employee experience priorities. The role involves managing cross-functional projects, engaging stakeholders, and delivering impactful programs that shape workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Culture Strategy & Planning
Design and support the execution of the organization’s culture Strategy, framework and roadmap.
Collaborate with HR, leadership, and business units to ensure cultural initiatives align with strategic priorities.
Benchmark best practices in workplace culture, employee engagement, and behavioral frameworks.
2. Project Management
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of culture-related projects (e.g., culture surveys, values alignment programs etc.).
Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
Monitor project performance and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with leaders and employee groups to embed desired cultural behaviors.
Develop communication and change management strategies to support culture initiatives.
Organize workshops, focus groups, and awareness sessions to drive cultural alignment.
4. Data & Insights
Track culture KPIs, such as employee engagement, retention etc.
Analyze survey results, feedback, and cultural health metrics to provide actionable insights.
Create dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
5. Change & Transformation
Drive behavioral change programs that strengthen values and employee experience.
Support leaders in becoming culture ambassadors.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR transformation, culture change, or strategic project management.
Proven track record of leading culture or organizational development projects.
Strong understanding of employee experience and organizational culture principles.
Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
