As a Consultant at Linnk Arabia, you will play a vital role in our contract recruitment division within one of our regional markets, Saudi Arabia. Your primary focus will be on driving consistent sales growth and enhancing margins in line with budget expectations. We will support your personal and professional growth by providing a tailored training program to help you achieve your ambitions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Building strong client relationships.

Expanding into our clients to maximise opportunities.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with expertise and finesse.

About You:

Proven experience in business development or sales.

Growing and expanding accounts secured.

Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
