We are seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Senior Manager to act as a strategic partner between IT and business units, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s objectives. In this role, you will lead initiatives that enhance IT service delivery, vendor management, and operational efficiencies. Your focus will be on managing stakeholder expectations, supporting ITG divisions, and driving performance standards for enterprise-level infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Align IT strategies with the Bank’s strategic objectives and support the department's goals.

Oversee procurement requirements, vendor selection, and performance monitoring to meet project and operational needs.

Develop and implement technical standards and procedures for enterprise servers, storage, and infrastructure.

Manage resources for enterprise servers, application servers, and storage, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Provide second-line operational support and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.

Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT projects while meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in IT, with 6+ years in a senior leadership role.

Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, vendor management, and project delivery.
