The Role

As a Housing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the team member housing within the resort. You will ensure that housing facilities are well maintained, comfortable, and ready to meet the needs of all team members. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating housing assignments, managing maintenance requests, and maintaining effective communication with other departments to ensure a smooth operation of housing services

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As a Housing Coordinator, you will need to:

• Coordinate and manage the allocation of team member housing in accordance with resort policies and operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of housing assignments, occupancy levels, and team member housing preferences.

• Ensure that housing facilities are regularly inspected, clean, safe, and well-maintained, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.

• Liaise with the Housing Manager and other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security) to ensure the smooth operation of housing services.

• Manage and track inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and essential items for team member housing.

• Coordinate the move-in and move-out processes for team members, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.

• Communicate effectively with team members regarding housing policies, expectations, and any changes in housing arrangements.

• Assist with the development and implementation of housing policies and procedures that promote a comfortable and safe living environment for all team members.

• Perform any other duties as required by the Housing Manager to support the efficient operation of team member housing services.
