Job Title: Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Operations and Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical installation and maintenance, particularly within executive or high-profile residential facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and guide a technical team, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all mechanical systems.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mechanical installation and maintenance operations.

Work Setting: Experience in the operation and maintenance of executive houses or similar environments.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage technical teams effectively.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and facility operations.

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.

Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
