About the Role: As an Admin and Facilities Specialist in our KSA office, you will ensure an organized and efficient workspace. This includes managing daily office operations, handling procurement, and overseeing all facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Office & Inventory Management: Oversee and record all office purchases and supplies to ensure continuous availability.
Facilities Maintenance Overview: Report all office facility maintenance, repairs requirements and get the needed help.
Operational Oversight: Ensure a clean, functional, and productive office environment, including supervising janitorial staff.
CEO Support: Provide direct support to the CEO for daily business needs, ad-hoc tasks, and travel logistics.
Vendor Coordination: Support the HR operations team by coordinating with all external vendors, including medical insurance providers.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist HR and IT departments within the KSA office.
IT purchases & Maintenance: Manage purchases and maintenance of IT-related equipment like cameras, laptops and printers.
Handle various outdoor errands: as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Office Administration/Management
Experience: 2-4 years in a comparable position (e.g., Office Specialist, Facilities Administrator, or Administrative Assistant).
Required Skills:
Core Skills: Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, ideally in both Arabic and English.
Decision-Making: Proficient in problem-solving and making quick decisions.
Males are preferred for this position.
Work Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday, KSA Business Hours - From 9 AM to 6 PM.
The nature of the role demands constant availability, necessitating the ability to have more flexible working hours and days.
