Back End Developer

#Halian is hiring Senior Backend Developer in Riyadh, KSA.

Greetings!

Experience required: 8+ Years

Duration: 6 Months & Extendable

Technical Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

* 8+ years in C#/.NET Core/ASP.NET development experience in secure web applications.

* Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, DevOps, and containerized runtime.

* Experience implementing RESTful APIs, token-based auth (JWT/OIDC), and role-based access control.

* Experience with asynchronous programming and performance optimization.

* Hands-on Experience on Linux/UNIX operating system.

* Hands-on Experience in UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related frameworks).

* Strong SQL design, EF Core, and performance tuning skills.

* Working knowledge of TLS, X.509, and PKI concepts.

* Familiarity with Agile Scrum, backlog estimation, and iterative deliver.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience integrating or extending CA platforms.

* ACME server or client implementation exposure.

* Infrastructure-as-Code with Kubernetes Helm deployments.

* Secure coding standards: OWASP ASVS, NIST 800-53, CA/B. Forum NCSSR mapping.

* Automated certificate linting (zlint) and compliance rule authoring.

* Knowledge of Hardware Security Modules, key ceremonies, and multi-party control.

* Experience passing WebTrust audits.

* Messaging RabbitMQ and background-job orchestration (Hang fire, Mass Transit)
