You will play a pivotal role in coordinating timelines, optimizing resource allocation, and driving performance across complex façade packages—ensuring that every element is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Role

As a Planning Engineer, you will:

Develop comprehensive project programs, with a focus on facade activities, sequencing, resource planning, and identifying critical paths.

Monitor actual progress of façade works against planned schedules, prepare look-ahead programs, and proactively identify bottlenecks or risks.

Track resources and key performance indicators, including baselines and actuals, with emphasis on façade procurement, fabrication, and installation.

Coordinate and monitor subcontractor programs—especially façade contractors—to ensure alignment with overall project timelines and technical requirements.

Collaborate closely with site teams to maintain and revise working programs, ensuring façade milestones are met without compromising quality or safety.

Contribute to delay analysis related to façade works and suggest effective mitigation or recovery strategies.

Prepare detailed reports and planning documentation to support construction managers and project stakeholders.

Support the training and development of junior planning staff, sharing your expertise in façade planning and project controls.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer, with a strong focus on façade systems or construction projects.

Proven track record in project controls, progress monitoring, and delay analysis related to façade engineering.

Knowledge and Expertise

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent).

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Experience in 4D Planning and visualization of façade installation sequences is a strong advantage.

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with design, procurement, and façade subcontractors
