Key Account Manager – Saudi National

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a strong background in IT products, infrastructure, network, or cybersecurity sales, and experience working with SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key SME clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and proactively pursue them to generate revenue.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions, leveraging knowledge of infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity products.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Stay updated on industry trends and market activities to identify potential growth areas.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, client records, and activity reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in sales of IT products, infrastructure, network, or cybersecurity solutions.
Proven track record of managing key accounts, particularly SMEs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer needs.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Saudi national as per Saudization requirements.
