Role Description

As a Sales Representative in our Sales Department, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Your medical background will allow you to understand customer needs, provide accurate product information, and build trust-based relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the healthcare sector.

Present, promote, and sell medical products to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to promote our product portfolio.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute strategic sales plans.

Provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related healthcare field .

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus (but not required – training will be provided).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
