We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including our website, third-party marketplaces, and digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize revenue.
As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms and online storefronts
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
Monitor and analyze website performance and user behavior
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotions and campaigns
Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization strategies
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices
Coordinate with customer service to improve user experience
Manage third-party marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Noon)
Requirements will be:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in ecommerce & digital marketing
Proficiency with ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
